- Confirm & pay — 50% advance on order confirmation. Balance before dispatch.
- Production & QC — bulk orders are fulfilled in 7–14 days depending on quantity and design. Each piece is quality-checked before packing.
- Delivery — safely packed and dispatched Pan-India. Tracking shared on dispatch. Large orders can be delivered in batches if needed.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order for bulk pricing is 24 pieces. Orders below 24 pieces are fulfilled at regular retail pricing with standard shipping.
Can we get our company logo on the ceramics?
We currently offer branded outer packaging (box label/sticker with your logo) for orders of 200+ pieces. Ceramic surface logo printing is available on select designs — please enquire with your requirement and we will advise on feasibility.
How long does a bulk order take to fulfill?
Standard bulk orders (24–100 pieces) are fulfilled in 7–10 business days. Orders of 100–250 pieces take 10–14 days. Orders above 250 pieces: please enquire in advance — lead time varies by product and availability. We recommend placing Diwali and festive orders at least 3–4 weeks before your required delivery date.
Do you supply to hotels and restaurants?
Yes. We regularly fulfil hospitality orders — in-room amenity mugs, café and restaurant drinkware, and dining tableware sets. Our stoneware is microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe, and built for the rigours of daily commercial use. Please enquire with your quantity and preferred design for a custom hospitality quote.
Can we request specific colours or designs for bulk orders?
Yes, for orders of 300+ pieces we can work with specific colour preferences within our existing glaze palette. Full custom designs are available for very large orders — please enquire with your requirement.
Is GST invoice provided?
Yes, all bulk orders are accompanied by a GST invoice. Please share your GSTIN at the time of inquiry for B2B billing.
Do you ship internationally for bulk orders?
Yes, we ship international bulk orders. Shipping cost and timelines vary by destination. Please email us at info@zynkraft.com with your country and quantity for a shipping quote.
