Thank you for shopping with Zynkraft. We aim to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days.
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for select pincodes).
- Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery: Available in select cities. Check at checkout.
Shipping Charges
- Free standard shipping on orders above a specified minimum order value (displayed at checkout).
- Shipping charges for orders below the minimum threshold will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Express shipping charges are additional and non-refundable.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number on the courier partner's website to track your shipment.
Delays
Zynkraft is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Natural disasters, weather events, or other force majeure circumstances.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@zynkraft.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- If your order arrives damaged, please share photographs and contact us immediately.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Address Changes
Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed. Contact us immediately at info@zynkraft.com if you need to modify your shipping address.
