Thank you for shopping with Zynkraft. We aim to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for select pincodes).
  • Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery: Available in select cities. Check at checkout.

Shipping Charges

  • Free standard shipping on orders above a specified minimum order value (displayed at checkout).
  • Shipping charges for orders below the minimum threshold will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Express shipping charges are additional and non-refundable.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number on the courier partner's website to track your shipment.

Delays

Zynkraft is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, weather events, or other force majeure circumstances.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@zynkraft.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please share photographs and contact us immediately.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Changes

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed. Contact us immediately at info@zynkraft.com if you need to modify your shipping address.
