Do you ship across India?
Yes — we offer free Pan-India shipping on all orders above ₹999. Every hamper is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. We ship to all major cities and most pin codes across India. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days depending on your location.
Can I add a personalised message to the hamper?
Absolutely. Every Zynkraft hamper can include a personalised handwritten message card at no extra charge. Simply add your message in the order notes at checkout, or email it to us after placing your order.
What is the minimum order for corporate bulk gifting?
Our minimum order quantity for corporate bulk gifting is 25 hampers. We offer tiered pricing — the larger the order, the better the per-unit cost. For orders of 100+ hampers, we provide fully branded outer packaging with your company name and logo. Write to gifting@zynkraft.in for a custom quote.
How far in advance should I place a bulk order?
For standard bulk orders (25–100 hampers), we recommend placing your order at least 7–10 days before your required delivery date. For large orders (100+ hampers) or festive seasons like Diwali, we recommend 3–4 weeks' advance notice. Hampers go fast during Diwali season — book early.
Do you provide GST invoice for corporate orders?
Yes, all corporate and bulk orders come with a proper GST invoice. Please share your company GSTIN at the time of inquiry for B2B billing.
What budget ranges do your hampers cover?
Our personal gift hampers start at ₹799 and go up to ₹5,000+. Corporate hampers are available from ₹599 per hamper (bulk pricing for 100+ orders) up to premium executive hampers at ₹3,500+ per box. We can work to any budget — just tell us your per-unit spend and we will curate accordingly.
